Movement Coaching · Berlin
If forcing it worked, it would have worked by now.
I help you build strength, regain trust in your body and learn how to work with it instead of fighting against it.

The Internal Arts taught me what matters. Modern training science taught me how to help people get there.

Move better.
Get stronger.
Find your flow.
Movement should support your life. Not become another thing you have to fight through.

Words from clients
I spent a long time searching for the right trainer, trying out many trial sessions with different people. Clara is exactly the trainer I was looking for. Her approach is rooted in traditional strength training—expect solid routines with compound lifts like squats and deadlifts—but what sets her apart is the depth, precision, and focus she brings to every plan.
Overall, I feel our work gain me the power in myself that I can go for things I truly want (something that I've learnt not to do but to follow what others wanted from me), that I can commit and evolve in the things I love, the satisfaction & excitement from getting better at them, and the feeling of resourcefulness that I shouldn't got thru things alone, but can ask for help, get guided and learn better ways to take care of myself which are the regular foot & strength exercises.
Having someone by my side who supports me in my fitness goals, someone with deep knowledge of the body. Getting training plans that are regularly updated and diverse (to combat boredom). Absolute favorite thing for me: working with someone who combines classic gym exercises (compound movements for weight training + smaller targeted moves) with knowledge and exercises from other traditions, often related to anatomy and movement patterns. You have a holistic view of things, and it feels like your ultimate goal is to make your clients feel good and expansive in their everyday movements.
